Production Artist

You will work closely with the creative team to assist in the production of marketing assets. The role requires brand and design sensibility, a high level of attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, as well as a strong understanding of design trends and best practices.

• Assist the designers in producing creative marketing assets for various platforms and mediums
• Translate the look-and-feel of brands and creative elements across multiple executions
• Contribute to the production of marketing materials, experiential kits, print collateral, social elements, digital media, and more
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and creative directors to facilitate creative approvals and flawless execution
• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of both accuracy and consistency
• Utilize your keen eye for detail, typography, layout, and image composition
• Professionally represents rEvolution in the marketplace

• Minimum of 1 year of digital/print/agency production
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related visual arts field preferred
• Portfolio of production work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $40-50K, and includes an annual bonus potential of 5%.
