Traffic Coordinator

WTTW (Chicago PBS) is seeking a Traffic Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for working with the broadcast team to create on-air playlists for all WTTW channels.

• Complete broadcast logs with interstitial and secondary events for 11.1, 11.2 & 11.4 on a rotating basis with broadcasting team.
• Communicate with Hub master control in to resolve issues and make log changes.
• Monitor media alerts.
• Enter promos and interstitials into Pro Track.
• Generate departmental reports on an as‑needed basis.
• Monitor on-air breaks & screen programming.
• Deal with last‑minute changes and on-air issues, occasionally from home on nights and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Some Broadcast Traffic experience preferred
• Myers Pro‑Track proficiency is a plus

Bachelor’s degree

ESTIMATED SALARY RANGE: starting at $41,600 - $46,000/annual
