Job Description

We are looking for a highly conceptual and strategic Senior Copywriter to join our client's in-house creative team. As a key player within a Fortune 100 Financial Services firm, you'll partner with senior creatives to concept and create campaigns with a massive reach!

You thrive in a collaborative "agency-style" environment but enjoy the depth and brand ownership that comes with being in-house.

The Role

In this role, you will lead the creative development of 360-degree integrated campaigns
. From national brand launches to targeted social pushes, you will partner closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Strategists to deliver work that is as effective as it is beautiful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concepting: Lead the "Big Idea" process, developing original creative platforms that work across all touchpoints.
  • 360 Execution: Write polished, persuasive copy for a wide range of channels, including:
  • Digital: Web experiences, landing pages, and interactive tools.
  • Social: Engaging content for Linked In, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Print: High-end brochures, direct mail, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent, sophisticated, and compliant brand voice across all business lines.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Art Directors to ensure visual and verbal elements work in perfect harmony.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present work confidently to senior marketing leaders, articulating the strategic "why" behind your creative choices.
Your Profile
  • Experience: 5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within a top-tier creative agency or a sophisticated in-house creative department.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing integrated 360 campaigns. We want to see how your "Big Idea" travels from a print ad to a 15-second social spot.
  • Adaptability: You can pivot from a punchy social headline to a long-form educational white paper without losing your creative spark.
  • Strategic Thinking: You understand business objectives and consumer insights, ensuring every word serves a purpose.
