We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events. The Event Promotions Assistant will work closely with the events team to ensure each activation runs smoothly and represents the brand with excellence.

• Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and on-site activations
• Support event setup, breakdown, and overall logistics coordination
• Interact professionally with attendees, clients, and team members
• Ensure brand standards and presentation guidelines are consistently followed
• Assist with inventory, materials, and event supplies management
• Provide on-site support to ensure events operate efficiently and on schedule
