Head of Fine Fragrance Perfumery

The Opportunity

This role will serve as Head of Fine Fragrance Perfumery
, owning the studio end-to-end, creatively, strategically, and commercially. You will define the olfactive direction, build the creative process, and establish the company’s fine fragrance identity for the next decade.

This is not a reformulation, cost-driven, or maintenance role. It is a creation-first mandate with the freedom to build something meaningful from scratch.

• Lead the fine fragrance studio from concept through commercialization
• Own the creative vision, strategy, and execution of all fine fragrance initiatives
• Act as the primary creative partner to brand founders, CMOs, and executive leadership
• Build and mentor a small, high-caliber team (including the ability to hire a Fragrance Development Manager)
• Maintain accountability for creative output, timelines, and commercial success
• Operate with P&L awareness while preserving creative integrity
• Establish long-term creative processes, standards, and studio culture

• A top-tier creative perfumer with a proven record of commercially successful fine fragrances
• Experience working directly with brands, founders, or senior marketing leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building a studio and identity from the ground up
