Looking for a mentor? Mentee applications for 2026 IDSA Women in Design Chicago Mentorship Program are now live, to apply.
We’re excited to launch this program for the first time and create stronger connections within the Chicago design community through mentorship. This 10‑week program is designed to support career growth, build meaningful relationships, and encourage collaboration among designers at every stage of their journey.

Criteria to apply- Based in the Chicago area
- Able to commit approximately 1 hour per week for the duration of the program
Please note:
Mentee applications will be reviewed on a first‑come, first‑served basis to ensure we can provide a mentor for each interested participant.
Applications will close once all spaces have been filled.
