We’re seeking a volunteer to create an eye‑catching email template that will capture a reader’s attention and get them to click on our call to action. Our newsletter is sent out monthly to our subscribers as a reminder for our Invisibly Aware Series monthly Zoom events. Our organization uses Brevo.

• Design a header image that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Define standard font type, size, and color for the template.
• Create a call to action button that encourages clicks.
• Develop a footer design that includes links to our social media channels, an unsubscribe method, address, and other essential details.

• Experience in email marketing and template design.
• Strong visual design skills and familiarity with Brevo or similar platforms.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and produce a cohesive, on‑brand template.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to receive feedback from our dedicated team member.

Our nonprofit is seeking a volunteer who can complete a comprehensive SWOT analysis. This research and analysis will be a core component of our strategy for increasing awareness and attendance of the Invisibly Aware Series.
