Design Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Design Assistant to join our team for a one-year contract. The Design Assistant will be responsible for supporting our design team in creating visually appealing and effective training materials and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective training materials, including presentations, infographics, and videos.
• Assist with the design and layout of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and edit graphics and layouts.
• Research and gather visual references and inspiration for design projects.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure design projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintaining and organizing design files and assets.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
