We’re looking for a talented designer to grow with our Connected Commerce Shopper Marketing team s role sits at the intersection of brand, retail, and shopper. Our work represents brands at critical moments leading up to and at the point of purchase, across both physical retail environments and digital commerce platforms.

Every idea needs to work hard, look beautiful, and move shoppers into action. You are a conceptual thinker, confident presenter, and passionate about craft, design, and detail. You’re comfortable balancing big‑picture ideas with thoughtful execution and enjoy working collaboratively in a fast‑paced creative environment. Most importantly, you know how to have fun with the work, whether it’s a national campaign or a single shopper touchpoint, bringing your unique creative point of view to every brief.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative shopper marketing campaigns customized to the client or customers' needs.
  • Engage in meetings and needs assessments with both internal and external teams to ensure deliverables align with expectations and drive business results.
  • Organize and participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing and generating ideas and concepts to meet existing and new clients’ objectives and strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and on‑time delivery.
  • Support the Request for Proposal process by developing creative new business campaigns.
  • Interface with current and potential clients, advising on Acosta’s products and services.
  • Work with internal channel and team leaders to recommend marketing and positioning of Acosta’s product and service offerings.
  • Manage timelines and milestones from beginning to end, demonstrating strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Act as a visual storyteller, thriving on a variety of multimedia platforms to showcase services and capabilities, selling clients’ brands and promoting the company as the provider of choice.
  • Consistently uphold brand and style guidelines and communicate—and potentially teach—these standards to others internally.
  • Manage content storage and distribution of important Acosta and client documents, including RFPs, RFIs, presentations, templates, logos, branding guidelines, and communication deliverables.
  • Meet the physical requirements as listed below.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a retail, merchandising, or marketing environment.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Curious, problem‑solving creative mindset.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related program with an impressive portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and comfort working in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to develop deep knowledge of different brands and retailers, including established guidelines and templates.
  • Interest in learning and contributing to storyboarding for animated ads and short‑form video.
  • Desire to learn how to concept, plan, and direct photoshoots with support from senior creative leadership.
  • Collaborative, team‑first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Excellent technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with comfort in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and high degree of accuracy, with the ability to sell the company message through visuals.
  • Experience interacting with all levels of management, including senior/executive, across business units.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and storytelling ability.
  • Strong understanding of the Retail and CPG industry.
  • Background in Graphic Design preferred.
  • Experience working with creative departments, marketing, or sales.
