Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support Project Managers in preparing bid packages, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor agreements
  • Review construction drawings, RFI submissions, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project communication
  • Monitor project progress, document changes, and assist in tracking costs and schedules
  • Attend job site meetings and assist in resolving field-related issues
  • Support the closeout process including punch list completion, warranty documentation, and final turnover
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 1–5 years of experience in commercial construction or relevant internships/co-op programs
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, project management tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
