Multi-Family National Developer currently seeking a General Superintendent for several projects throughout the Midwest. This position will report to the Vice President of Construction.
Responsibilities- Oversight for entire project portfolio
- Oversight of Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and Field Staff at multiple job sites.
- Interacting with subcontractors
- Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management
- Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
Skills and Qualifications
- Multi-Family Construction required.
- Podium and Wrap Project experience a plus
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
