The Preconstruction Manager II will lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard-bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Chicagoland area.

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year.

The Senior Preconstruction Manager will lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard-bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Chicagoland area. We are looking for an experienced teammate to play a key role in shaping our Preconstruction Department through development and initiatives.

A qualified candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 5+ years estimating experience
• Experience with both hard-bid and conceptual estimating
• Technical skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, estimating database software, and Onscreen takeoff
