This full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager position is based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project execution, and completion while coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing schedules, QA/QC, budgeting, invoicing and resources to fulfill project requirements, handling project management tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Effective collaboration with contractors, clients, and internal teams will be a fundamental part of the role.
Qualifications- Experience in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Management
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and managing project schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Professional Engineer P.E preferred with IDOT/Tollway project experince.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
