Position: Construction Project Manager – Owner’s Rep
Location: Chicago, IL - mid-west travel as needed
Duration: 12+ Months -
I am looking for a mid level- 9+ years Construction PM who has led capital projects from concept through activation. This is an Owner’s Representative role managing budgets, schedules, design teams, contractors, and project closeout. Strong MEP knowledge required.
- ✔ 9+ years construction PM
- ✔ Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- ✔ Comfortable representing ownership in design & construction meetings
- ✔ Strong leadership + communication
- ✔ Midwest travel as needed.
