Job Description & How to Apply Below

We're hiring a Project Manager who will become the operational anchor of our construction business. This is a hands‑on, field‑forward leadership role—not a traditional PM who manages one job at a time, and not a superintendent tied to a single site. You’ll oversee the daily execution of our construction operations across multiple concurrent projects (typically $25K–$1M). From pre‑bid site walks to subcontractor coordination, material procurement, scheduling, client communication, and project closeout—you’re the person who keeps work moving and owns the outcome.

If you thrive in environments where you have real autonomy, make decisions quickly, and can see the direct impact of your work, you’ll fit right in.

Looking for Someone who is:
  • Aspires to help grow a business and wants to develop themselves professionally while they grow, looking to take the company and themselves to the next level.
  • Is a high energy person.
  • Has experience with smaller jobs. They are primarily doing interior work right now.
  • Is looking for a long‑term home.
  • Has some experience with Federal projects. That is turning out to be their bread and butter because they have recently become certified to work on Federal projects.
  • Some of their work is CHA so they will look at candidates with bigger scale residential experience.
No two days look the same, but your week will include a mix of:
  • Leading operations across several active projects.
  • Walking job sites to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and resolving field issues.
  • Managing procurement, long‑lead items, and deliveries.
  • Reviewing estimates, scopes, and competitive bids.
  • Communicating with clients and ensuring they’re informed and confident.
  • Updating schedules, budgets, and project tracking systems.
  • Making quick, informed decisions that keep projects on track.
