NTP​/BOM Construction Manager

Looking for a NTP / BOM Construction Manager- Fully onsite
- Chigaco IL/ Overland Park KS

No C2C, only W2 candidates

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support NTP hardening, drawing reviews, and Magenta build activities. This role focuses heavily on Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and supporting construction schedules across regional markets.

Candidates must be comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with construction and RF design teams.

• Support construction schedules as directed by the Construction Project Manager
• Perform NTP hardening activities
• Review construction drawings and RFDS designs
• Create and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) templates for multiple markets and programs
• Provide Job-in-Progress (JIP) and QC/QA reports
• Read and interpret RFDS construction drawings accurately
• Support market build activities and material planning

• 3+ years of relevant telecom/construction support experience
• Strong understanding of construction materials and site build processes
• Ability to read and interpret RFDS and construction drawings
• Experience creating and managing BOM documentation
• 5G network knowledge
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Experience working with Power BI dashboards
• Ability to work onsite

• Nokia equipment experience
• Experience with Sprint or T-Mobile networks
• Familiarity with Talon
• BAT knowledge is a plus
