We are seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead major projects and help manage our commercial construction division.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

We’re seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery. As a big-picture leader, you’ll be responsible for driving project performance, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring excellence across safety, schedule, quality, and financial results.

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project teams, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
• Drive client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
• Partner with preconstruction on estimating, bid strategy, and risk management
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals
• Manage contracts, change orders, forecasting, and cost controls
• Mentor and develop project managers, superintendents, and field teams
• Collaborate with internal leadership to support business and operational goals
