Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

We’re seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery. As a big-picture leader, you’ll be responsible for driving project performance, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring excellence across safety, schedule, quality, and financial results.
Responsibilities- Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project teams, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Drive client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
- Partner with preconstruction on estimating, bid strategy, and risk management
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals
- Manage contracts, change orders, forecasting, and cost controls
- Mentor and develop project managers, superintendents, and field teams
- Collaborate with internal leadership to support business and operational goals
