We’re seeking a proven Lead Superintendent to drive large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects across Illinois. This role is for a field leader who takes ownership of schedule, quality, and safety while confidently managing subcontractors and mentoring on-site teams.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure work is progressing safely and efficiently
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
- Monitor project schedules and maintain quality control standards
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
