Norcon is accepting applications from Union Laborers. This role assists with day‑to‑day jobsite operations and works closely with field supervision and skilled trades to maintain safe, efficient work environments.

• Assisting trades and field staff as needed
• Handling materials and maintaining clean, organized jobsites
• Performing general labor and site support tasks
• Following all safety requirements and union work rules

• Union membership or ability to join the applicable laborers’ union
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in active construction environments
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Dependable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented
• Ability to travel to job sites and vendor locations

• Driver's License (Required)
