Our firm has a tremendous amount of upcoming projects (both ground up and interiors) in the Chicago area.

Our immediate need is for a Superintendent to come in and assist with our high-end retail/restaurant work. There is NO TRAVEL associated with this role.

• Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other construction professionals.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
• Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation.
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the Construction industry.
• Experience in Restaurant Construction, Retail Construction, Tenant Interior, High-End Commercial Projects, and other commercial and retail construction projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other construction professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and other relevant legislation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
