Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., delivering quality, safety, and customer satisfaction nationwide. Our projects include new construction, reroofing, renovations, and ongoing maintenance for all major commercial roofing systems.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare project schedules, phasing plans, and purchase orders.
* Manage job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews.
* Coordinate manpower and subcontractors for assigned projects.
* Conduct plan/spec takeoffs for new and reroof projects.
* Maintain communication with clients and internal teams regarding scheduling and progress.
* Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and inventory management.
* Participate in pre-job and pre-construction meetings; complete project closeout documents.
* Cultivate customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of construction experience; commercial roofing preferred.
* Proven project management and estimating experience in commercial roofing or similar industry.
* Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software preferred.
* Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to climb ladders and work on-site as needed.
* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
