As a Project Manager, you’ll take the helm of diverse projects, guiding them seamlessly from preconstruction planning through successful closeout. This is a pivotal leadership position where you’ll orchestrate every phase, collaborating closely with architects, clients, subcontractors, and our in‑house teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. This position is based at our Chicago office with regular presence at project sites as needed.

• Develop comprehensive subcontractor bid packages and perform detailed quantity takeoffs
• Secure competitive bids, craft precise scopes of work, and negotiate subcontracts/purchase orders
• Drive project scheduling, track progress, and proactively communicate updates to keep teams aligned
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing with precision and efficiency
• Oversee quality assurance, document control, and BIM coordination (as applicable)
• Lead engaging Owner‑Architect‑Contractor meetings and orchestrate smooth project closeouts, including O&M manuals and punch lists
• And tackle additional opportunities to contribute to our success

• Proven ability to manage construction projects with mastery over quality, schedule, and budget
• Outstanding communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, with eagerness to master new tools
• A collaborative team player who excels independently, builds lasting client relationships, and prioritizes safety
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities

• At least 4‑5 years of project support or management experience in a dynamic environment
• Background in the construction industry (commercial and/or residential strongly preferred)

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Willingness to travel to job sites and vendor locations
• A proactive, accountable mindset ready to own project success
