We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up high-rise and mid-rise mixed-use Construction projects in the Chicagoland region.
A leading general contractor with a strong portfolio in multifamily residential construction is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee high-rise and mid-rise projects in the Chicago area. This pivotal role is for a seasoned construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering quality, safety, and schedule excellence.

- Lead on-site construction activities for multifamily high-rise and mid-rise developments from groundbreaking through closeout.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.
- Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- 8+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong track record in multifamily high-rise and/or mid-rise projects.
- Proven leadership in managing complex urban construction sites.
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and safety compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
