Position Overview

The team is seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to oversee active healthcare construction projects. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of infection control, ICRA procedures, and managing work in occupied medical environments. You’ll lead day‑to‑day operations on site, ensuring safety, quality, and communication are at the forefront of every project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all on‑site construction activities, maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and schedule goals.
  • Coordinate with project managers, owners, subcontractors, and facility staff to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing hospital operations.
  • Oversee infection control and safety procedures within active healthcare facilities.
  • Manage field documentation, daily reports, and subcontractor performance.
  • Maintain proactive communication and a solutions‑driven mindset across the project team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience working on active healthcare facilities (ICRA knowledge required).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and maintain quality standards under tight timelines.
  • OSHA 30 and healthcare safety certifications preferred.
