Project Estimator – combine estimating expertise with business development impact at Hotel Rehabs, a boutique general contractor transforming iconic hospitality brands.

Driven, analytical, and resourceful. Early in estimating career or seasoned pro managing complex scopes. Pride in accurate, competitive estimates, building trust, and positioning projects for long‑term success.

• Develop detailed, competitive estimates ranging from $100 K to $5 M+.
• Perform digital takeoffs, analyze drawings, clarify scopes with vendors and subcontractors.
• Identify cost efficiencies, risks, and solutions early in the process.
• Manage budgets, proposals, and buyout phases to maintain profitability and accuracy.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients through estimating and pre‑construction phases.
• Collaborate directly with ownership groups to align budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Support sales efforts by presenting estimates, leading pre‑construction meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Represent Hotel Rehabs at meetings, site visits, and project kickoffs to secure new and repeat business.
• Partner with internal Design, Purchasing, and Construction teams to improve estimating tools, cost databases, and best practices.

• 1–6 years of experience in estimating, pre‑construction, or related GC/subcontractor roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and estimating/project management software.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross‑functionally.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15% for site visits and client meetings.

$70,000 – $145,000 (base). Compensation varies by skill and experience.
