• Support the development of project schedules and budgets.
• Work with vendors to gather pricing and ensure timely follow-up.
• Perform estimates, takeoffs, and manage project documentation.
• Track construction materials, equipment, and project progress.
• Attend project meetings, record notes, and keep teams aligned.
• Perform additional assignments per Project Manager or Superintendent's direction.
• Assist in gathering and distributing closeout documents for project completion.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of construction techniques, drawings, and materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn and use project management software like Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Office-based with occasional on-site visits.
• Travel required as needed for project support.
