• Provide enterprise-wide communications leadership and execution support for global transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business lines, regions, and corporate functions to deliver clear, consistent, and timely messaging.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuity of communication strategies.
• Create tailored communication materials for various audience segments, including leadership and colleagues.
• Manage the global transformation communications workplan, tracking deliverables, milestones, and risks.

• Proven experience in enterprise change, transformation, or operating model communications within a complex, global organization.
• Exceptional writing, synthesis, and storytelling skills, especially in high-volume, high-ambiguity environments.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external advisors.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate across geographies and cultures.
• Comfort in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and program management.
