What We Do: MRI-Simmons measures consumer preferences, attitudes, and behaviors. We do this by collecting data through surveys and passivelymeasureddata in a way that is representative of the general population, applying data science and making sense of consumer data through enterprise-grade software. Marketers and media companies then use MRI-Simmonsdata and technology to develop marketing strategies, consumer segmentations chemes and media activation approaches.

The MRI-Simmons Insights Product is a consumer intelligence and discovery platform that provides marketers with faster access to actionable consumer insights.

• Data Production: process raw-data files from client supplied data sources; create logic edit and manipulation code; review data inconsistencies to ensure file-integrity
• Data analysis: write tabulation code; check and analyze reports; document anomalies for Research staff
• Maintain and update existing databases, process ad hoc inquiries and reports
• Document processing procedures for staff review; adhere to production protocol
• Provide resource backup for current staff to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
• Generate data files and reports for client distribution; create customized Word/Excel/PowerPoint files
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Adapt to the challenges presented by the continual evolution of the syndicated surveys and compressed schedules
• Communicate with Research staff to solve potential problems. Identify processing issues and make recommendations to expedite deliverables and ensure data quality
• Utilize proprietary software applications to supplement/enhance databases

• Knowledge in survey applications and results a plus
• Self-motivated to train and learn proprietary software applications
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Market Research
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Quantum/Merlin experience preferred

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range:
66,800. USD Annual

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
