Chief of Staff

We’re looking for a strategic, detail‑driven professional to support enterprise‑wide transformation efforts within our Quality & Testing environments. This role partners directly with the Managing Director to drive key initiatives, strengthen execution across the Software Delivery Lifecycle, and ensure alignment across complex, multi‑stakeholder programs.

If you have a strong foundation in SDLC, testing methodologies, Agile practices, and experience with test management tools (Spira Test, Jira Zephyr, ALM), this is an opportunity to influence high‑impact organizational change.

• Support the Managing Director in executing business strategy, transformation initiatives, and organizational priorities.
• Represent leadership in meetings, communications, and cross‑functional discussions.
• Drive consistency in project execution, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and support initiatives tied to the Renaissance program and enterprise transformation.
• Strengthen communication channels, clarify objectives, and balance quality, scope, time, and cost.
• Contribute to strategic planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making at the senior leadership level.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation across the organization.
• Ensure timely remediation of audit and regulatory items.
• Oversee special projects, manage departmental priorities, and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Strong understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle, especially testing best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Exposure to test management platforms such as Spira Test, Jira Zephyr, or ALM.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
• Proven ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships and influence without direct authority.
• Experience supporting complex technology‑driven transformation programs is a plus.
