Capital Project Planning Analyst

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and advise on appropriate analytics
• Conduct a variety of analyst activities, including data entry, management, and complex financial modeling
• Generate business intelligence reporting and analytics to support data storytelling
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate data quality issues
• Participate in client meetings and lead discussions to support the Capital Planning process

• Degree/diploma in statistics, data analytics, computer science, or a related field with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to create complex formulas and nested functions in Excel
• Experience developing dynamic dashboards and interactive reports using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
• Proven ability to design and maintain complex financial models and forecasts
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and excellence in relationship management

• Experience in the real estate industry or specific vertical experience
• Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI
• Knowledge of Capital Planning processes and methodologies
• Experience with corporate real estate business and/or project/program management
• Understanding of business intelligence reporting tools and analytics platforms
