We are looking for an experienced Raw Material Buyer to to join our team in the Hazelnut Company  this role, you will support the strategic management, planning, and oversight of the Hazelnut Purchasing category, ensuring required volumes, optimal quality-to-cost ratios, and effective management of suppliers and their purchasing information.

You will contribute to seasonal planning by identifying and implementing systemic improvements, conducting master data analysis to enhance forecasting accuracy and enable data‐driven decisions.

A core part of the role includes promoting automation and digital solutions to strengthen traceability and streamline operations.

Educational background:
* At least Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or other related fields. Agronomist with data focus, also are welcomed.
** Professional experience:
*** Around 6 years of relevant procurement/back office/administration/customer service work experience
** Interpersonal skills:
*** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong ethical standards, acting in alignment with the company’s values, integrity, and compliance culture.
* Strategic thinker, capable of maintaining a long-term perspective while ensuring high-quality execution of daily activities.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

* Effective stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and functions, as well as with external business partners, anticipating and balancing their needs.
** IT skills:
*** Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret and leverage large data sets (big data) to support decision-making, performance monitoring, and process optimization
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Proficient SAP knowledge (SAP ECC/SAP 4

HANA/SAP Ariba)

* Languages:

*** Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
