Consultant – Coaching & Organizational Performance

As a consultant, you will actively contribute to performance improvement projects across various industries, including aerospace and food & beverages, with sites worldwide.
Our consultants travel extensively across Canada and the US (Monday to Friday) to drive meaningful and lasting change.
Role responsibilities:
- Apply strong analytical skills (Lean management, KPIs, process optimization) and exceptional coaching abilities to drive organizational transformation.
- Quickly build relationships with all levels of management teams to foster engagement, drive results and overcome resistance to change.
- Implement Lean tools such as Gemba Walks, Value Stream Mapping, and Short Interval Control to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze processes, communication channels, and management systems to identify and execute high-impact improvement initiatives.
- Effectively analyze and optimize our clients’ utilization of management operating systems.
- Use our proprietary KBIs tracking system to monitor behavioral improvements.
- Deploy Utrakk, our daily management system, to support operational performance and issue resolution.
Role Requirements:
- Hands‑on experience in consulting, continuous improvement, Lean management, or operational excellence.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is an asset.
- Strong coaching skills, natural ability to connect with people, and familiarity with change management.
- Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Canada and the US each week.
- Located near a major international airport.
- Full and valid driver's license.
