** About Job
*** Handle new projects sourcing and conduct supplier selection and PAF aligned with category strategy.
* Lead RFQs, cost analysis, supplier negotiations, and preparation of related contract ; identify cost‐saving opportunities through consolidated sourcing and alternative solutions.
* Build and maintain a diversified supplier base; conduct regular supplier performance evaluations covering cost, savings, lead time, DPO, DOH, dural source and SRM, driving continuous improvement.
* Optimize the supplier and define strategic suppliers for long‐term collaboration.
* Provide daily operational support for stakeholders, operations teams, and other internal departments.
* Generate monthly spend reports and perform related data analysis.
* Support purchase order execution; ensure on‐time and in‐spec material delivery, and actively resolve delays, shortages, and quality issues with quality team.
* Perform additional tasks assigned by senior management.#
** About You
*** Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain or related fields.
* SAP /ERP experience preferred. Fluent in English.
* Strong negotiation and project management skills. Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
* 6+ years of experience in direct materials procurement or related fields is preferred.
* Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with solid problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities.
* Strong team spirit, capable of handling high‐pressure situations with accountability and ownership.
* Self‐motivated, highly reliable, and able to perform well under pressure.
