This is a commission-based independent contractor role designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to create long-term success through strategic business development — not dependency on brokerage-provided leads.

Compensation Structure
  • Commission-based income with no earning cap
  • Estimated annual earnings: $48,000 – $196,000+
  • Performance-based bonuses

What We Do
  • Develop and execute personal lead generation strategies
  • Build and manage a pipeline through prospecting, networking, and marketing
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations
  • Host open houses and manage property showings

  • Track performance metrics and implement growth strategies
