Supply Chain Intern

You will be a motivated and capable intern contributing to ongoing planning activities and supporting team members with the planning tool rollout. The purpose is to create a mutually beneficial environment where the intern can apply knowledge to real life challenges, develop professional skills, and explore career pathways in our field.

• Partner with team members to do data gathering and analysis
• Support colleagues in their responsibilities during IBP project rollout/testing
• Help coordinate planning activities between plants and supply planning team
• Support building plans and presentations to different team members
• Creating and maintaining documentation & reports

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree from a 4-year accredited university
• 3.0 GPA – highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience conducting research
• Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to follow policies and procedures

The starting hourly base rate for this role is $21.00 and goes up to $24.00 dependent on years of service within the company. The company also offers a Success Share Bonus that is dependent on the plant meeting certain metrics and targets. Please note that the range for the rate provided is a good faith estimate and is only applicable for roles that are based out of Illinois.

The final rate will be determined after considering relevant factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and work location, where appropriate.
