Neon For Life is a BNPL platform revolutionizing how consumers manage rent and utilities. We provide small-dollar loans to consumers for their monthly bills, which they repay in installments. Growing at a rapid pace, we are looking for dedicated individuals to help us scale further and build solid infrastructure.
Job DescriptionNeon is searching for a proactive Product Manager (PM) to join our growing team. Our PMs have ownership of several product processes, execute marketing campaigns to grow the user base, and utilize data to optimize existing product flows.
Join our team to modernize bill payments for thousands (and growing!) user base across the country.
This position requires working from our downtown Chicago office (205 N Michigan), allowing you to fully engage with your team and take advantage of our vibrant work environment. This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Salary for this position: $50/hr.
Internship start dates will be May 19th or June 2nd and will run 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities:Versatile Project Ownership:
Take ownership of various tasks, which may include setting up new operational processes for customer servicing, supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with hiring new team members, and handling any other responsibilities that arise during the internship.
Product Optimizations:
Conduct research, analyze market trends and data to develop ways to improve product processes
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to gather information, develop new processes, and implement improvements across various product and operational workflows.
Exposure to Leadership:
Work with executive leadership to drive product strategy for an assigned aspect of Neon
Currently pursing an MBA degree from a top business school with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering , or a related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to take complete ownership of projects , proactively search for solutions, and solve complex problems independently to drive success in this role.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
