Division 3 – CPG Rotation (3 weeks)Role Overview
Responsibilities include managing product development timelines, overseeing packaging changes, collaborating with sales teams on sample distribution, crafting marketing emails, executing tactical marketing plans, and contributing to product innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in product management tasks, including managing product and packaging updates and timelines.
- Support product innovation initiatives by assisting manager with innovation project needs.
- Assist in consumer marketing efforts, including execution of tactical marketing/shopper marketing plans and the creation of consumer loyalty emails.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute projects according to business strategies, goals and timelines.
- Maintain organized documentation and records related to product management and marketing activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Role Overview
This role will offer exposure to a wide range of financial functions, and may include activities related to demand planning, BIAS and MAPE, pricing proformas, forecasting, and Quarterly Business Reviews. The intern will play an integral part in helping the team analyze financial data, support operational initiatives, and ad hoc projects to continue to evolve our department.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Corporate Finance and Treasury team is looking for a summer intern to assist with outstanding projects. These projects will give an individual insight to our Corporate Finance and Treasury team. In addition to learning about the Oil‑Dri business, they will see how the business directly impacts us from a corporate finance and treasury level on a day-to-day basis.
CEO Office Rotation / Job Shadowing (1.5 weeks)Role Overview
A CEO office internship is a professional development opportunity that allows interns to work closely with Oil‑Dri’s CEO and executive leadership. Interns may participate in projects, research, and networking.
Key Responsibilities- May work on projects that support the CEO's priorities.
- May conduct research and analysis on projects.
- Connect with teammates, leaders, and other interns.
- May act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
