Purpose of Your Work

As Solutions Enablement Manager working within Commercial Services, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial services and sales teams in developing compelling and visually polished presentations and proposals, focused on conveying the story of our solutions. This role blends strategic thinking with strong design capabilities. The ideal candidate can take complex solutions, extract the core narrative, and transform them into clear, persuasive, and beautifully designed materials that elevate our sales conversations.

You Make a Difference Everyday
  • Create high‑impact presentations, proposal decks, and visual collateral that bring our solutions and capabilities to life.
  • Own the visual consistency, quality, and refinement of all customer‑facing slides and templates.
  • Translate technical or operational concepts into a clear, compelling story that resonates with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and solution owners to understand deal strategy, client pain points, and solution details.
  • Coach sales team members on how to communicate complex solutions visually and verbally.
  • Maintain a library of best‑practice slides, templates, and messaging components.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Solution Design, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
  • Establish and maintain Redwood brand guidelines across all prior and newly created materials.
  • Organize and assist in the development of key sales enablement content (e.g. sales deck templates, case studies, battle cards, etc.) to incorporate into divisional playbooks
  • Own the quality and organization of data asset management systems in coordination with Marketing and Sales - such as Redwood Sharepoint folder
  • Ensure regular utilization of key sales assets through regular communication with sellers and Sales Management, leading the change management & rollout of new additions to GTM library and SOPs
You’ve Got This
  • 1‑3 years’ experience in transportation or 3PL business strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of presentation design or sales enablement experience.
  • Expert level PowerPoint skills and strong storytelling capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to interpret detailed and complex solutions and transform them into a customer‑facing presentation that matches the customer’s stated needs.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate and work within a team environment.
  • Ability to self‑prioritize based on workload, deadlines, and opportunity potential.
  • Supply Chain Logistics and/or Transportation experience preferred.

Work Schedule

This position is full‑time and onsite/hybrid/remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Compensation Range

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $110,000

This position is eligible to earn annual incentives based on individual and company performance.

The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
