Senior Analyst – Alternative Data

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of professional experience in a customer‑facing or operations role in reporting management.
• Proven customer management skills with a strong customer service orientation (desire to help others).
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• A proven understanding of the operations function, with previous experience in banking, retail credit or consumer credit reporting industries considered an asset.
• Previous support of customer integration projects.
• Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Metro 2® credit reporting, a high level of computer literacy, and excellent analytical skills.
• Power BI and/or Tableau experience.
• Experience working in a heavily regulated environment is a plus.

• Support Trans Union’s Alternative Data and its day‑to‑day operational function.
• Help monitor and evolve the fundamental capabilities to manage the performance, health, and quality of all Alternative Data Sources and Furnishers.
• Provide a high level of customer service through solving customer problems and diffusing escalated matters. The ideal candidate is adept at documenting and assessing the root cause of issues and utilizing the information to ensure future issue avoidance, while maintaining high standards of communication and service to all customers.
• Audit reported data and work in partnership with customers to ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide relevant solutions.
• Act as the internal point of contact for issues with data sources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in‑person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
