The salary range for this position is $35.38 - $44.23 (Hourly Rate).
Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range is guided by the rules outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.

DescriptionThe Business Analyst reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. This position is responsible for leading the development of functional and non‑functional business requirements, use cases, and process flows. The Business Analyst will facilitate and capture requirement elicitation by working with the Business Operations to understand business strategy and translate into requirements and/or use cases, ensuring Business Analysis processes, tools, and templates are being utilized across projects.
