Work Location:
7300 South Kedzie Ave., Chicago, IL 60629. Shift: 1st, 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri; weekends as needed to meet business demands (cycle count) - OT available as needed.
- The Business Process / SAP Analyst plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, waste control, and financial integrity within the manufacturing operations.
- This position is responsible for managing inventory control processes, reconciling SAP records, developing KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in manufacturing environments, and expertise in SAP and ERP systems to drive continuous improvements in inventory management and waste reduction.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and/or Business (Required)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of Supply chain, Manufacturing, Inventory Management and SAP
- Knowledge of MS project Officer, Excel (Macros/VBA), Power Point
- Proficiency in SAP (required)
- Food Manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Problem solving and root cause analysis
- Available to flex for weekend day as needed to meet business demands (cycle count)
