The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. The AHA has two main offices, located in Washington, D.C., and Chicago. The AHA offers a flexible hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days working remotely.
Essential Functions- Define and deliver techniques to improve funnel performance for sales management, eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies, own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, and deliver regular insights to the business.
- Develop and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review that support sales objectives, forecast and performance metrics.
- Enhance sales productivity and promote positive ROI by ensuring all CRM processes enable consistent, high-quality data to be gathered and provide clear visibility into the sales pipeline at all stages.
- Review actionable and accurate sales reporting and BI tools for reps, managers, sales leaders and product owners.
- Manage operational projects and track sales performance metrics against plans and quota, company forecasting, and KPIs.
- Partner with sales reps and marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performances with reporting and dashboards.
- Recommend CRM (Salesforce) project prioritization, configuration changes and troubleshooting.
- Ensure fulfillment/payment deadlines are met in accordance with contractual agreements, industry benchmarks and monitor aged accounts receivable (days in AR).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing Required
- Master's Degree Business, Marketing Preferred
Work Experience
- 5+ years Experience in sales operations Required
- Experience developing and implementing performance improvement strategies and plans Required

- Advanced technical skills with CRM, database management and marketing automation applications - Required
- Advanced understanding of sales operations and processes that enhance sales performance - Required

Commensurate with related experience. The AHA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
Salary Range - Minimum: 92000
Salary Range - Midpoint: 115000
Salary Range - Maximum: 138000
