• Translate sales data into strategic demand forecasts across products and SKUs
• Reduce forecast variability and build more accurate planning tools
• Partner with sales, marketing, and ops teams to align supply with real‑time market needs
• Lead collaborative demand meetings that bring clarity and agility to the planning process
• Track and share key performance metrics to identify wins and growth opportunities
• Flag potential imbalances before they disrupt supply and solve them fast

• Experience in demand planning, especially within food manufacturing or fast‑moving consumer goods
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing large datasets
• Skilled in planning tools like SAP or IBP and confident in Excel modeling
• Great communicator who can work across departments and present data clearly
• Always looking for ways to improve, simplify, and drive better outcomes
