LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global organization seeking an Inventory Analyst to join their team. This individual will play a critical part in driving supply chain efficiency, delivering actionable insights, and supporting key business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and thrives on turning complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
Inventory Analyst Responsibilities- Manage monthly supply chain KPI reporting including data collection, trend analysis, and delivering standardized KPI packages to stakeholders.
- Deliver timely and accurate datasets to Supply Chain leadership and business partners for informed decision-making.
- Update and improve analytics and reporting tools for end-to-end supply chain optimization.
- Develop and execute reports, transforming data in Excel to support weekly reporting on inventory, logistics performance, freight analytics, shipments, customer service, carrier on-time delivery, and forecast metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or similar roles with advanced Excel experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing, charting).
- Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI a plus.
This is a contract-to-hire position. The pay range is between $30-$32 per hour and the role offers medical, dental and vision insurance. This position will operate on a hybrid schedule based in downtown Chicago (2 days/week in office).
