- Change Strategy & Governance:
- Define and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned to Trade Promotions Management program objectives
- Establish change governance structures integrated with overall program delivery
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments across Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Commercial Operations
- Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce resistance and adoption barriers
- Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Partner closely with executive sponsors to align messaging and visible sponsorship behaviors
- Develop leadership engagement plans and equip leaders with tools to reinforce new trade planning and governance processes
- Design and activate Change Champion Networks across regions and deployment waves
- Communications & Adoption Enablement
- Develop and oversee role-based communications strategies tailored to impacted audiences
- Ensure consistent and timely messaging aligned to deployment milestones and commercial planning cycles
- Collaborate with training leads to ensure communications and learning strategies are fully integrated
- Monitor adoption, readiness, and sentiment using defined metrics and feedback loops
- Readiness & Value Realization
- Conduct business readiness assessments and provide actionable recommendations
- Establish adoption KPIs tied to system utilization, process compliance, and trade spend governance
- Support go-live and hypercare stabilization efforts
- Drive reinforcement strategies to embed standardized Trade Promotions Management ways of working and sustain long-term outcomes
- Minimum of 10 years of Organizational Change Management experience
- Demonstrated success leading OCM for large-scale, global, technology-enabled transformations
- Experience supporting trade promotions, commercial planning, revenue growth management, or finance organizations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven experience developing stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption measurement strategies
- Experience working across multi-region or phased deployment environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership alignment skills
- Trade Promotions Management experience strongly preferred
- Salesforce or commercial system implementation experience a plus
