Shape the Future of Procurement n Hormel’s One Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) as a Digital Sourcing Manager — a pivotal role driving innovation, efficiency, and strategic impact across our global organization.

You’ll lead in leveraging technology, data, and best practices to deliver cost savings, business continuity, and sourcing excellence. Responsibilities- Lead & Innovate:
Develop and lead the sourcing function within the Procurement COE, driving complex market exercises and strategic category initiatives. - Lead & Innovate Strategic Sourcing:
Develop and lead the sourcing function within the Procurement COE, driving complex market exercises and strategic category initiatives. - Sourcing Expert:
Own a specific category within the One Procurement Organization to deliver results. - Be a Digital Champion:
Own and define the digital strategy, including Coupa CSO e-Sourcing Platform, AI and data analytics. Provide technical expertise to the One Procurement team. - Unlock Value Through Data:
Use analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, optimize procurement performance, and uncover savings critical to the business. - Collaborate & Influence:
Partner with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and adoption of e-Sourcing best practices. - Drive Process Excellence:
Continuously improve procurement processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. - Educate & Empower:
Deliver strategic training on eAuction theory and “go-to-market” best practices.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (Master’s or certifications like CSCP/CPSM preferred). - Experience:
5+ years in procurement, ideally within Food & Beverage, CPG, or Manufacturing. - Skills:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities - Skills:

Proficiency in Coupa or similar RFx sourcing software (Oracle a plus) - Skills:

Adaptable, curious, and ready to challenge the status quo. - Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Base pay for this role ranges from $93,400 to $130,800 per year, with actual pay determined by factors including job-related knowledge, skill level, experience, and location.
