Analyst, Product Management

** Location Overview

* Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables for Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, and Operations teams
* Assist engineering and QA teams to manage priorities and plan release content, ensuring clarity of requirements and timely, high-quality delivery
* Monitor release testing and operational performance, resolving issues that impact product delivery
* Participate in manual QA processes across all releases, ensuring thorough testing prior to production deployment
* Engage with clearing members and end-users to ensure cohesive product delivery and stakeholder alignment
* Facilitate onboarding and education for new products and services
* Provide comprehensive support to internal teams including clearing operations, infrastructure, and client services
* 2+ years' experience in business analysis or product management role, preferably at a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), Broker-Dealer, Bank, Exchange (DCM), or Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO)
* Ability to work autonomously, owning projects from conception to completion
* Strong analytical skills, release planning and prioritizing with a can-do attitude
* Proven experience in the product management landscape and the ability to translate business strategy initiatives into written product requirements and acceptance criteria
* Strong team player who works well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
* Minimum education requirement:
Bachelor's degree
* Experience in Agile and software development
* Extensive knowledge of clearing/middle office platforms: FIS, ION, and ATEO
