Director of Sales

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong track record of personally closing large, complex deals
• Experience selling to senior executives and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
• Strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with frequent travel and hands-on field sales leadership

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives in a player-coach capacity
• Drive enterprise sales strategy, account planning, and execution of complex, high-value deals
• Actively sell alongside the team, supporting deal strategy, executive meetings, and closes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with director- and C-suite-level stakeholders
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure predictable revenue growth
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to support customer success

• Pay:
