Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong track record of personally closing large, complex deals
- Experience selling to senior executives and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with frequent travel and hands-on field sales leadership
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives in a player-coach capacity
- Drive enterprise sales strategy, account planning, and execution of complex, high-value deals
- Actively sell alongside the team, supporting deal strategy, executive meetings, and closes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with director- and C-suite-level stakeholders
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure predictable revenue growth
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to support customer success
