Investor Relations Manager – Chicago

Salary range: $115,000 - $145,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you'll do

As Investor Relations Manager, you'll manage the company's relationship with investors and ensure they have the information they need to make informed decisions. You will:

  • Prepare earnings materials, investor presentations, and quarterly reports that clearly communicate financial performance and strategy
  • Manage relationships with current and prospective investors, analysts, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate earnings calls and investor meetings, including briefing executives on key questions and concerns
  • Monitor market perception, analyst coverage, and competitor investor messaging
  • Respond to investor inquiries and ensure timely, accurate communication
  • Track investor sentiment and provide leadership with insights on shareholder perspectives
  • Maintain the investor relations website, press releases, and SEC filings
  • Partner with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging
You'll be a strong match if you have
  • Previous experience in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research roles
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex business performance into clear investor narratives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to sophisticated audiences
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and navigating regulatory requirements
