Job DescriptionThe Corporate Strategy Lead Consultant provides staff assistance to the corporate strategy director and department in the development, measurement, and execution of sound strategies to achieve desired results in projects. This role may serve as a leading expert on corporate strategy execution and oversee the data, analysis, and communication functions of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and plan analysis for market, trend, customer, channel, and competitive assessments
- Lead complex financial modeling, including forecasting
- Solve discrete analyses to support project work streams
- Support business unit strategic development through analysis
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the company to drive results and develop solutions
- Manage detailed valuation models
- Plan analysis support for target assessment
- Support discrete elements of strategic due diligence process
- Facilitate communication between internal groups to achieve internal alignment
- Develop relationships with third parties, including research and consulting firms
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
- 4‑year Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) (Preferred)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (Preferred)
- Strong quantitative and analytic skills
- Advanced modeling skills with ability to direct others in complex tasks and review work products
- Ability to synthesize complex data
- Ability to present ideas to senior management
- Experience with insurance or other financial institutions preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines

Compensation85,000.00 – annually, based on experience and qualifications.
